How to Download a Quote?
Turn an enquiry into a professional, branded PDF quote your customer can review. For example, after creating an enquiry for a customer’s wedding photography kit, you can download a quote that lists every camera, lens, and accessory alongside rental dates, the pricing breakdown, taxes, any discount or security deposit, and your terms — ready to send in seconds.
Download the Quote
The quote lives right on the Enquiry List — there’s no separate “generate” step. Each row has an Actions column with a row of icon buttons.
- Go to the Enquiry List.
- Find the enquiry you want, and in its Actions column click the Download Quote icon (the download arrow).
- Rentablez builds the PDF and it downloads to your device automatically, named
quote-<customer>-<date>.pdf.
The generated PDF pulls everything already on the enquiry: equipment lines, rental dates, quantity and duration, the pricing breakdown with tax, any discount and security deposit, and your terms and conditions.
The Download Quote button is disabled for enquiries that have already been Converted To Order and for guest enquiries that came in from the webstore. Convert a guest to a real customer first if you need to quote them.
Sharing the Quote
Once the PDF is on your device, attach it to an email, message, or your CRM and send it to the customer through your usual channel.
Sending directly from Rentablez is not available yet. The Actions column also shows a mail icon, but clicking it only tells you the feature is coming soon — no email is sent. For now, download the PDF and send it yourself.
