What Integrations Are Available?
Rentablez connects to the tools you already rely on so you don’t re-key the same data twice. Push invoices to your accountant, collect payments into your own gateway, track your fleet live, let an AI assistant answer questions about your data, and reply to customers on social channels — all managed from one place.
Where to Manage Integrations
Everything lives under Settings → Integrations. The menu group has four tabs, each covering a different kind of connection:

Connecting or disconnecting any integration requires Settings Write permission. Messaging Channels additionally requires the Meta Chat Settings permission.
Third-party Apps
The Third-party Apps tab holds three live connectors on a single page.
Zoho Books — Accounting
Push finalized invoices and sync customer contacts to your Zoho Books account, so your books stay current without manual entry. You connect through a Zoho sign-in popup, and the tab shows a Connected badge with your Zoho organization name once linked.

TrackNerd — Fleet Tracking
For fleet rentals, TrackNerd brings live vehicle tracking, current fleet status, and trip reports into Rentablez. You connect by entering your TrackNerd username and password.

Razorpay — Your Own Payment Gateway
Collect online payments into your own Razorpay account instead of the platform gateway. You paste your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret, and the tab shows the connected account, a masked Key ID, and whether you’re in Test or Live mode. Disconnecting falls back to the platform gateway.

AI Integration (Claude Desktop / MCP)
The AI Integration tab connects Claude Desktop to your live Rentablez data using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You generate a config snippet, add it to Claude Desktop, and then ask questions in plain language about assets, orders, customers, and service & repair.

Claude (Anthropic) — In-App AI Chatbot
Different from the AI Integration tab above: the Claude (Anthropic) tab lets you bring your own Anthropic API key to power the Rentablez AI chatbot inside the app. You save the key (shown masked), test the connection, and can remove it anytime. Usage is billed to your own Anthropic account.

These are two separate features. AI Integration points Claude Desktop at Rentablez; Claude (Anthropic) powers the chatbot inside Rentablez with your API key.
Messaging Channels
Connect your Facebook Messenger and Instagram business accounts so customer messages flow into Rentablez. You link accounts through a Facebook sign-in popup and pick which Page or Instagram account to connect when more than one is found.
