Billing & Subscription Overview

The Billing & Subscription page is your account’s home for everything about your Rentablez plan — what you’re on, when it renews, how many user seats and how much storage you have, and every invoice you’ve been billed. Open it from Settings → Billing & Subscription (it’s available to admins).

What You Can Do Here

From this one page you can:

  • Check your current plan, its status, next renewal date, and how many days remain.
  • Review the modules and user seats your plan includes.
  • Change your plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel.
  • Resubscribe after a cancellation or once a subscription has expired.
  • See a Billing History of every subscription invoice and pay anything that’s pending or overdue.
  • Track your user seats and storage quota against your plan’s limits.

Amounts, taxes (GST is 18% for India), and the currency symbol come from your subscription. If you’re on a free plan, the billing-cycle, cost, and the change/cancel actions are hidden — there’s nothing to bill.

Reading Your Current Plan

The top of the page summarises your subscription at a glance:

  • Status pill — one of Active, Scheduled, Grace, Expired, or Cancelled. This tells you whether your plan is running normally, waiting to start, in its post-expiry grace window, or has ended.
  • Next Renewal date and Days Remaining until it.
  • The per-cycle plan amount and the number of included user seats.

The Plan Details card expands on this with the plan name, Billing Cycle, start and renewal dates, Payment Mode, Included Users, and the full list of Included Modules.

Upcoming (Scheduled) Plans

If you’ve scheduled a plan change for the end of your current cycle, an Upcoming plan is shown. It activates automatically when the current plan ends — until then, nothing about your current access changes.

Changing, Cancelling & Resubscribing

Three actions sit alongside your plan:

  • Change Plan — move to a different plan.
  • Change Billing Cycle — switch between monthly and annual. When annual is cheaper, Rentablez shows the annual savings (the percentage and amount you’d save).
  • Cancel — turns off auto-renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then expires.

After a cancellation — or once a subscription and its grace period have expired — a banner prompts you to Resubscribe to get back up and running.

Billing History & Payments

The Billing History table lists your subscription invoices — each showing the plan, cycle, seats, billing period, due date, amount, and a status of Paid, Pending, Overdue, Failed, or Cancelled.

You can preview any invoice in-app and download or print its PDF. When an invoice is Pending or Overdue, a Pay Now / Pay Overdue button opens the payment modal so you can settle it without leaving the page.

Seats & Storage

Two cards track your plan’s usage limits:

  • Seat Allocation — shows your included seats, any additional seats you’ve purchased, and the total. Additional seats can’t be added by yourself in-app; the card’s Contact Sales button opens WhatsApp so you can request more.
  • Storage Quota — shows storage used, available, and total, with a coloured usage bar that turns amber at 70% and red at 90%, plus a breakdown of your included and any extra GB.

Upgrading Your Plan

To move up a tier, open the Upgrade Plan pricing page. Pick Professional or Enterprise, toggle monthly or annual (the discount is shown), and review the billing summary. You can apply a coupon (a 100% coupon activates for free), choose Razorpay or Stripe as your payment method, and decide whether the upgrade applies immediately or is scheduled for your next cycle.
