Where to Configure Rentablez
Looking for a single “System Configuration” area? Rentablez doesn’t have one. Instead, settings are grouped by what they control, so you always change them close to where you use them. This page is a map: it points you to the right place for each kind of setting.
There is no platform-wide or global configuration panel that changes settings for every organization at once. Everything you configure applies to your organization only.
Configuring Your Business Settings
Day-to-day preferences — how invoices are numbered, your terms and conditions, tax and receivables defaults, signatures, messaging channels, and operations rules — all live in Application Settings.

Managing Who Can Access What
People and permissions are handled separately from business settings:
- Users — invite team members, set their status, and assign roles. See Managing Users.
- Roles — control what each user can see and do through permissions. See Roles & Permissions.
The number of team members you can add is tied to your subscription’s included seats. If you run out, see User Seats & Storage Quota.
Managing Your Plan & Billing
Your subscription, payment, and account-level settings live in the Billing & Subscription portal, not in Application Settings:
- Billing & Subscription Overview — your current plan, status, and renewal at a glance.
- Change, Upgrade, Cancel & Resubscribe Your Plan — switch plans or billing cycle, cancel, or resubscribe.
- Billing History & Paying Invoices — view and pay your subscription invoices.
- User Seats & Storage Quota — check included seats and storage usage.
